Faith as a Carrot Seed

I feel like the mother in The Carrot Seed.  "I'm afraid it won't come up," she said.  I didn't say that, but I thought it.  I kind of lost faith in gardening and decided not to participate this year.  Seemed like a lot of work for hardly any produce.  Unless you count lettuce.  But looky here.  I was wrong.  The seeds came up . . .

  5. Your garden looks awesome...JP planted a few sunflowers this year and guess what? They're growing, after all the years I tried and they died. :)
