I'd Rather be Spinning!

You may have noticed that I haven't been putting much effort towards blogging lately. I've been spending all my spare moments at the spinning wheel, and I finally have some handspun yarn in the etsy shop. My sister-in-law also has some adorable handpainted owl chicks made from upcycled jeans that you've just got to check out.

  2. Beautiful yarns!! I love the colors! I have not been able to spin or do anything "yarny" much lately so I am really itching too. Plus last week we were able to go to a friends farm and help with shearing their sheep and I brought 6 bags of fleece home with me for free!!! I am working on cleaning that and was able to spin a small amount, now I have the bug again. Did you dye the yarn yourself or was it already dyed?

  3. It was already dyed. I'd love to learn some day but right now I barely have enough time to spin.

  5. How pretty - your blog is on my blog roll with a tiny picture of each new post. The first picture of yarn looks like fireworks - it is so colorful.
