October Gardening

We pulled up most of the plants in the garden. A few flowers remain: zinnias, morning glories, cosmos, marigolds. Then we dug up a patch of dirt and brought the mudpie kitchen stuff into the garden. New life to old ideas. The kids enjoyed the warm October sun until it sank behind the hills.
