Vittles For Littles: Berry Yummy Apples

Photobucket

Here's what you need per serving:
1 apple
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbs. honey
1/3 c. berries
1/2 Tbs. butter

Everything is to taste. We didn't actually measure anything. We used blueberries. Use whatever kind you like.

Cut apples in quarters and core.

Spoon berries into microwavable dish or mug.
Photobucket

Add honey to berries.
Photobucket

Add vanilla and stir.
Photobucket

Arrange apples by scooping them under the berries.
Photobucket

Dot with butter.

Place dish on plate - it tends to overflow. Set a bowl over top of it to cover. Microwave 3-4 minutes until apples are soft. Look cute in your new haircut while you wait. (Muffin's first haircut!)

Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or milk. Or just eat it as it is.
Mmmm....berry good!

Anyone can count the seeds in an apple, but only God can count the number of apples in a seed.
